My complaint:
Contacted both locations phone number and got the same person when trying to schedule tax appt. The person did not know how to locate my information (customer for 10 years) and I was bombarded with questions regarding what type of return I was filing and wanted to know the documents I was filing. She became very angry with me and hung up on me after 12 minutes trying to find my account and telling me I had NOT filed through HR Block before. When I corrected her she became even more irritated with me and hung up. If she had identified herself as being a scheduling only individual at the beginning of the call, I would NOT have inquired about scheduling with a previous tax advisor! This was the most incompetent individual I have dealt with at H R Block. You need to remove her from having direct contact with returning H R Block customers.
Suggested solution:
Address the bombardment of questions from a scheduler when returning customers call the preferred office. Call receiver should identify themselves as JUST a scheduler and have ANOTHER number to refer returning customers.
