My complaint:
did my taxes online cancelled transaction on line so they would not take irs payment out of my bank. I got a email stating that irs accepted my taxes I need to go to irs website and pay done. Went to bed woke up with email saying hrblock paid the irs Didn’t authorize them to pay them now the IRS got paid twice. Talked to block and was told not their fault nothing they can do .Very rude
