My complaint:

My wife and I had an appointment for Saturday April 9@1030
We arrived at 1015 and checked in.
There were at least 3 people there already.
There were 2 ladies behind the counter talking, we waited until an older couple came out and paid for the service.
Then Tammy smith whom we had the1030 appointment called another lady lady to the back. The lady walked in right before my wife and I. I asked the tatoo lady behind the counter for the time She said 1050 AM,
I said our appointment was for 1030, She did not respond to me. Instead She asked a customer who just walked in if she could help him.

Suggested solution:

Hire better people, my appointment was for 45 min. How can Tammy Smith help the other lady and keep us waiting for 45 more minutes. She knew we were there to see her she needs to find an other job where people don’t mind waiting past their appointment time. She did not say any thing to my wife or me.
