My complaint:
I was overcharged by your staff and It was next to impossible to get your manager to even call us back in fact she never did I tracked her down after 4 days and found her only to find out she DID NOT want to listen just tell us spoke over us just un general not a good person to have on this type of position we will never come back will tell everyone how we were treated
Suggested solution:
Fire her or demote her back to a position she can handle she is not front line material and does not know how to handle these kinds of situations bad for YOUR business
