My complaint:
After my HRB tax advisor finished the return and posted for review I can not the file for review. Error message states this service not available right now, come back later. Been on going unresolved issue for a week now. HRB customer service cannot solve problem either. Have spent hours on the phone with 4 different customer service rep’s.
Suggested solution:
Address the problem and help me finish my return.
