My complaint:
my son dropped off his taxes at Kirkwood highway on 3221, he called 3921 Arlene is the one that worked on his taxes. He gave his full name, she could not pronounce his last name she said whatever it is!!! my son said, excuse me! if you can’t pronounce it just say you can’t, not whatever. She continued to laugh in his ear on the phone. she said she would call him back regarding status. She never did, he called today 31121 when he gave his name, she started to chuckle giggle on the phone. told him she would call back. my son was very upset. I called 3 x no manager available. I decided to speak with her myself. I did, this is not acceptable! society is already in up roar, I be damn if she is going to get away with it because she is Caucasian we are Hispanic. I gave her a piece of my mind! Advised my son never to go back to HB block or to recommend anyone. she needs to be addressed. She should be made to give an apology and given a discount on what he would owe HR Block
Suggested solution:
needs to be addressed, my son should be given a discount on his bill to HB block. I thought HB block hired and had professional people.
