My complaint:
I have used HR Block software for over 10 years, so I tried again this year. I purchased the software online along with the backup CD. I have tried over a dozen times to load the software and it does not work. When I tried calling customer service, I went on hold in a queue to get help. After 50 minutes, they just hung up on me. I called back again and after another 45 minutes in the queue they hung up again. And of course, I still don’t have my backup CD of the software either. So basically, they have stolen my money for the software and backup CD.
Suggested solution:
Refund all my money including the tax ($47.24)
