My complaint:
Uploaded my documents on 22121 for a tax specialist to assist me in filing. Generic messages came through so I know it was received, and when I logged in it said someone was working on my return. I messaged with a few clarifications on my forms but heard nothing. I sent another message on 225 asking for an update and was told my info was sent to a small business specialist who would be reaching out. On 32 I reached out again because I had heard nothing and still haven’t. I called customer service and was bounced around for 3 hours with everyone not being able to see my info. I messaged again asking for a call back but nothing. When I login I am also being told to file.
Suggested solution:
I need to speak with someone.
