My complaint:

On 310 – I call HR to report an issue, I waited for 35 minutes to speak to someone. I got them on a call. They listened to my issues and asked me to hold while they looked into it. After an additional 15 the call got disconnected.
I called back in 40 minutes of waiting i got an automated message that the office was now closed and hung up.

On 311 I called @ 10am Central time, waited 40 minutes to talk to someone. That person forwarded me to another person. I waited 55 minutes online. I explained what was happening in the software and they ed that it is a bug in their software and send me over to technical support.
I then almost immediately got an automated message that the office is closed and got hung up on. This is at 1:15 Central time. On a Thursday.

I called back in , waited the customary 40 minutes to talk to someone. Explained that I’ve been hung up on several times after waiting hours upon hours. That person forwarded me to a customer escalation line.
Here I sit so far over an hour and 15 minutes.

Suggested solution:

They need to take better care of the customers.
I've been a loyal customer since 2005, This is my last year. Completely unacceptable customer service.

They had no answers for me, and suggested I call the Emerald Card customer Service number, and if they could not track down my card that I should go to the nearest H&R Block Office to retain an Emerald Card in person. I called the Emerald Card Bank… Read more »
