My complaint:
I bought HR Block federal and state tax software for both 2020 and 2017. 2020 worked without any issues.
2017 Delux is not working. I think it is saying they have no servers to connect to my machine (But they did have one to charge my credit card!).
The E-File is not going through. Also, they have charged my bank account 4 times extra $19.95. When I call support they only kept passing me around, and now they do not pick up the phone. They have no email for me to contact them either.
Suggested solution:
they should help with the software E-File problem, and return overcharges.
