My complaint:
I was billed $29.99 for the free filing form. I have now been on hold for close to 3 hours and no one will help me with this charge. Each time someone answers the call, they end up putting me on hold again. I have several more kids to file taxes for and I will go to Turbo Tax. This is absolutely unacceptable customer service.
Suggested solution:
Refund my $29.99 and do a whole lot of work on their customer service! Also, DO NOT have the constant recording saying you can chat with someone online BECAUSE THAT OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE!
