My complaint:
A mistake was made on my return which cost me 528.00 dollars.When i called the office they said there was nothing they could do.After paying 204.00 fee that was enough.i did not buy the peace of mind package but i did pay 204.00 dollars for an accurate return.In my mind this is breach of contract.
Suggested solution:
I will file the amended return (i can't trust them to do it) a refund of 204.00 dollars will stop any further action from me.
