My complaint:
I have always used HR Block for the 39 years I have been work unless I did my own taxes I went to see HR Block in 2020 I need my taxes amended I asked for the W4 form so that enough taxes will come out of myself and husband paychecks Doris Griffin gave me that form where she made an error and checked box G in stepped two she notice the problem right away , I am respectfully requesting my 35.00$ back as I should not had to pay when now I owe another 2000.00 on my taxes .
Suggested solution:
I would like my 35.00 refunded to me . I have emailed and called with no response and I would like my 35.00$ back please
