My complaint:
i contacted Hr block in October telling them i was being audited for 2019 taxes which i had the peace of mind purchased. the woman who was dealing with my taxes kept ignoring my calls and did not return our calls or emails in a timely matter . i wad transferred to several different people and supervisor never followed. after about 4 months i contacted the irs again to dispute . i recieved a letter since we waited so long that we owed the federal taxes of 2000 and something and almost 300 to state . i emailed hr supervisor again and it has been weeks no response i have left messages again no response . i am looking into getting a lawyer if i have to
