My complaint:
I called in to get some questions answered about filing my taxes. I told the first person I talked to what I needed, and he transferred me to the correct department. I was then transferred 2 more times to the correct department’ – now on the phone over an hour. The last person I talked to said she had to transfer me again and the menu I was sent back to was the initial one I was at when I first called, and now my call would be answered in 45 minutes. ARE YOU Fing KIDDING ME???

Actually have a number you can call to talk to a tax pro like they tell you you can!
