My complaint:
on 3312022 after my taxes were prepared the tax service email reported that i owed them a balance over $ 750 dollars how could this be i asked them and they had no answer for me and gave me a number to call about the matter.
Suggested solution:
i signed an agreement every time with the tax service for their fees to be taken out and the mistake is on them for not taking what was due to them that should have been noticed and not put the blame on the customer because my paperwork shows that the tax service got the fees owed to them. The IRS got my refunds so i think the tax service should let them know of the mistake they made in this matter so their fees can be returned back to them.
