My complaint:
1. Original tax calculation was wrong by $261 (low). Amended earnings from brokerage firm required submission of 1040X. That tax calculation was wrong also: $2148 low
2. 1040 X form was filled out incorrectly: columns A and B were swapped and lines 18 thru 23 were incorrect..
3. I have been using HRB for decades and this is the first time I have had this type of problem. Shame on you!!!
Suggested solution:
Pay me the difference in taxes. You messed up, you owe me. I have to file TWO 1040X forms thans to you. Would rate you 0 ztars if that were possible.
