My complaint:
I had an appointment with Batool whey in advance. I got a call not even 2 weeks prior to our April 1st appointment letting me know some BS that she had to leave for an emergency and i would have to go with some lady Nancy. first off I have been using Battol for about 7 years maybe longer. When i got there I was told batool has been gone for some time. So why did they make me an appointment with her, to begin with? So they waited too very close to the date to do your taxes. NUMBER 2. My taxes at the pretty simple. It took her usually 15 minutes to do.. She never charged me more than 200.00 dollars. So now we get done and the lady says 500.00. Which is outrageous. I said no call your manager and tell her I never pay more than 200.00. So they could not get a hold of her. Both Nancy and Kathy said they would call me by the end of the day on April 1st.2023. OF course, no one did call me. I got a call on April 7th at 1036 am telling me there is nothing they can do. I was VERY ANNOYED and PISSED OFF that no one called me when they said they would. If I would have waited for them I would have had to get an extension. Because of the lack of customer service which i see is GOD AWFUL I thought you were a better company than this. To call me on April 7the which is almost a week from when i was there to say there is nothing you can do is just disgraceful. Esspecially when you said you would call that day. NEVER DID. They have always done it for 200.00. You are just another greedy company that do not care about your long-term customers, Glad I found out now. I will NEVER be back to use your company and I will make sure i do not give you a good revie

There is no resolving it. I will NEVER use HR BLOCK AGAIN.. We are at April 7th I had to be stressed out and find someone who could do it at the last minute.
