My complaint:
They advertise all over the place up to 3,500 you could receive as an advance. Now I normally do my own taxes, however this has been horrible and I need what IS my money. I was prequalified for $394 not exactly what I was hoping for but something is better than nothing. Then I received an email stating it was denied. If I had even known that I would have just done my own damn taxes like every prior. It’s deceiving and basically false advertising they told me a lot of people were being denied. They get their money straight off the top my refund is $8000 wtf is the problem. I want my damn money back!!!!
