My complaint:
Wen mid April to get my taxes done. A day later and I receive a text for a missing W2. My mistake, so I send it to them the next day via their company text chat line. No reposes. About a month goes by and I decided to call them to figure out why I haven’t received anything yet. I’m now informed I never sent the documents and I also turned off text notification.
Both are wrong, or lies to cover up their mistake. I have every text sent and I did in fact send my documents and also never texted to be taken off text chat. In order to get this resolved, I contact another location in Surfside myrtle beach. They supposedly resolved my issue and submitted my return. I even get an email and payment ation on May 31st stating it was done.
Monday June 5th, I get a call from my original filing office. Guess what, “we never received your document?” Are you kidding me? So this entire office is incompetent. Please, do not go here.
Suggested solution:
Fire their staff and manager.
