My complaint:
I’ve been using HR Block for a few years. I filed with them in 2020 and they seriously screwed up my taxes so bad! I have been after them to rectify it since and they blatantly. Ignore my pleas. The hours posted for the stores are never their scheduled hours in the off-season. So we finally catch up again this year and try to get him to file any taxes for us, here it is three months later we still have no taxes May 21. I’ve been continually in touch with them, been ignored. We were going to use these taxes to apply for a loan as we needed to do more financing with properties. Since it has taken so long, we have had to resort into a basic bankruptcy. I will be speaking to an attorney about this. My whole financial life has been ruined because somebody took on a job they couldn’t do.
Suggested solution:
Paid $150,000. It just cost me because they couldn’t do their work.
