My complaint:
Last year, I provided Ellen Cabrera with my Taxes, (I dropped them off), she never returned my phones calls (I made 6 calls), and she never returned my emails (4 emails). She also never returned my documents, which to this day has never been returned. Another agent completed my taxes (Misty Williams). In 2021 I dropped off my documents to Misty Williams, in mid February, I emailed Misty 3 times, one of which she responded in early March indicating she would get back to me the next day, which she never did. I ended up doing my taxes myself. However, HR Block still has my documents. The conduct at this office is unprofessional and I will never do business with them again.
Suggested solution:
I would like my documents, (W2, etc)., returned from 2019 and 2020.
