My complaint:
HP damaged up my PC twice and sent it back being a fire hazard. They refuse an upgraded because they said that my PC is modified. Modified or not, they took it in twice and damaged it further. Case Manager Rich said that he does not have to listen or take any demands from the attorney general as they do not have the final say and saying that they are not his bosses. Rich, Steven, and people from HP are still trying to downgrade me which is going against their own contract. HP harasses a student and keeps archiving a case involving a fire hazard. Case Manager Rich and Supervisor Steven are very self-entitled and needs a reality check. Supervisor Luis said that his team was currently searching for my requested PC which is the HP Pavilion 15-eg0010nr. Supervisor Luis said that he will not look at the notes and my emails stating state laws about negligence. He said that he will not fulfill Luis’s promise of approving my upgraded PC. I have call logs, photo damage and so much more. Case Manager Rich said that my proof does not matter. Yes, it does, if my PC breaks open and cuts me, then HP would be in heck of a lawsuit.
Suggested solution:
By giving me my requested PC which is the HP Pavilion 15-eg001nr with 512GB of storage, 16GB of RAM. It has a backlit keyboard (which can help out with my schoolwork at night). This is the PC that was approved by HP. Supervisor Steven said that he will not fulfil Luis's promise in having his team search for my requested PC. Keep in mind once a search been started, you can't unsearch a search. He even said that on call he will not look at the notes or my emails as he has no reason to. IF HE WOULD LOOK AT THE NOTES, HE WOULD SEE THAT IT WAS APPROVED.
