My complaint:
HP laptop prod ID 389F2UAABA. Serial CND3051T4H
My 70 year old father spent 5 hours and five times on the chat with customer service, doing exactly the same thing, the laptop still isn’t working. They are deliberately delaying the proccess and will not take it back for warranty – as it states. a 70 year old man – who got it as a birthday present from me is being forced to learn computers on a programmer level to fix it. This is unacceptable – a large global brand giving an old man the runaround. Will take this to my thousands of social media followers.
Suggested solution:
take it back and fix or replace
