HP Instant Ink complaint: Wrong size cartridge and delay in shipping.

My complaint:

I have now received the wrong size cartridge for my HP Envy printer and now I have phoned in and been told I will receive a new one by express mail which will take 3 to 4 days. I do not consider this express and I urgently need the cartridge for my work. Given this is the company incompetence they need to deal with the problem ly. I was told I could speak to a supervisor and was put on hold. Waiting for over 15 minutes with no response and money adding up I have decided to put in a complaint this way

Suggested solution:

To take responsibility for their errors they need to ship me a cartridge to arrive today as Amazon would. I also need to have a black and coloured cartridge free of charge.
