My complaint:
1) no ink, was told there is an issue and it will be resolved via what’s app – it was never resolved!
2) phoned the help desk they couldn’t find the issue
3) was sending out replacement ink but told me they didn’t know when this would be as they don’t know when ink will be available
4) I cancelled the subscription only to be charged almost £18
