My complaint:
I bought a Hp printer and was offered to have instant ink delivered regularly,it never happened.I had to bye ink because the last time I received it was 6 months ago and they only delivered black ink.When I called and complained today and wanted to cancel and get a refund they kept telling me I had replaced the ink with a different ink on the exact day and what kind of ink.It is a title scary that they are able to see what is going on and shut my printer down.This should be a privacy violation.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund which they are refusing and am going to complain to amazon which is where I bought it from.This is a scam.
