My complaint:
Tried to update credit card but fault on webpage will not allow this. Contacted call centre in Us who gave me a phone number to ring in UK that doesn’t exist. I’ve tried to cancel account but they keep sending messages that I need to update my credit card (which is impossible to do). HP are the worst organisation I have ever dealt with.
Suggested solution:
By sorting out a faulty web page. Make themselves available outside the US. Or just give out the correct phone number.
