My complaint:
I decided this program wasn’t for me and cancelled Sept 2020. They kept my plan going for another full month through Oct 2020 that I didn’t budget for. I feel they scammed a month’s payment out of me and I can’t get through to customer service about it. Nor can I delete my payment info from the instant ink webpage.
Suggested solution:
They should refund my last payment. I was under the assumption they were going to shut me off THE DAY I CANCELLED. Which was also the day they had taken a payment.
