HP Instant Ink complaint: Ridiculous cartridge issues

My complaint:

I accidentally forgot to update to my new address when I moved – I ran out of ink and waited for deliver – realised my error so visited old address however new owner stated they had not received MY cartridges.
I decided ok well will just buy some HP cartridges myself as need to print until new shipment sent out however when I put them in it states error not compatible even though correct ones as took old ones to Currys with me and asked sales person.

I have tried repeatedly to SPEAK to someone REAL however I am not allowed as my warranty is out on printer !!!! Ridiculous when I have a subscription – therefore I decided forget it will cancel my subscription so at least then I can print with cartridges I have purchased instead – OH NO wont let me print still as subscription not due to end until 61121 and even then your going to charge me an extra £9.99 even though haven’t used the service for over a month – so what am I supposed to do now – need to print important documents however your daft service is stopping me from doing this and your charging me for the privilege what a joke.

I will now have to buy a new printer AND NEVER EVER HAVE A SUSCRIPTION WITH HP AGAIN WHO YOU CANT DISCUSS ISSUES WITH AND ENSURE I LET EVERYONE ON FACEBOOK INSTAGRAM AND FRIENDS AND FAMILY KNOW JUST HOW BAD YOU ARE

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS – you really should be ashamed
