My complaint:

Despite having not used any printing balance and having over 130 left and 700 roll over pages, I have run out of ink.

There is a ‘not available’ status on the shipping tracking, so no evidence that anything was delivered.

Suggested solution:

Supply the required ink and offer a one off payment of goodwill.
