My complaint:
Model HP Office jet Pro 8025. Serial Number TH9751P0JT. This saga began Oct 21 2020 as I reached out for not being able to by ink for for my printer. I was helped by Megan Griffin who was very professional unfortunately advised me she could only offer a (1) $100.00 gift card to assist getting ink or a equivalent new printer. We where assured ink will be available soon. We took the gift card and purchased ink $68.97 and was advised they had no ink, and they NEVER retured the money to the GIFT CARD. Nobody in your company can get the TASK done. I have advise my Purchasing Dept (NOT TO PURCHASE HP) Till this is resolved.
