My complaint:
I ran out of black ink today (Feb 11th 2021) The cartridge has been in use since I received it (early November 2020).
I followed the virtual support process on line for help
only to find that I will have to wait up to 10 days for another delivery.
The virtual help agent is particularly frustrating and certainly not helpful.
I’ve notified Complain.Biz of my complaint.
Suggested solution:
1. Deliver ink in a timely fashion.
2. Provide a human interface to deal with urgent requestscomplaints.
