My complaint:
I registered for HP Instant Ink installed the yellow cartridge and my printer refuses to print stating that I cannot print until I register INK. I am registered went online for support I first did virtual no support at all, next I did chat she could do nothing to help so she asked to connect my computer to their service but they never came online to help so I was disconnected – NO HELP they gave me a number to call with my case Tech Support, the virtual operator will not connect you to tech support I have never had a more frustrating company in my LIFE! I can’t use my printer!
Suggested solution:
A technician needs to CALL ME, to resolve this as it is impossible to go through their contact support!
