My complaint:

I was sent the wrong ink cartridges, when I tried to get a replacement sent I spoke with a guy Daniel Thomas I’d number 0671. His direct line 833-408-0642. I could barely understand him and I think he couldn’t understand me. I then went on chat off their app to try to cancel because I have to know order and paid for new ink cartridges. Lucy started to tell me she could not locate my email. Not true the email I gave them was what I set the account with. They certainly can take their money each month under that email. I kept trying to cancel but apparently when I went into my account they don’t give you a cancel option. HP Instant Ink is a total scam as far as I am concerned.

Suggested solution:

I just want my account cancelled and no more money taken from my account. They are a scam, they then tried
To sell me something I have no interest in. Just cancel my account is all I want. They are worthless.
