My complaint:

I registered for instant ink on 311220. To date the promised welcome pack and ink supplies have not arrived. I made telephone contact yesterday to be told Brexit had disrupted supply and no date could be given for when ink would be supplied.
as i needed printing facility i have ordered ink which cost £45.10 black and colour XL.
I do not think you have provided an acceptable level of service.

Suggested solution:

apologise, find ways of keeping customers informed of problems with supplies, refund the cost of ink.
