My complaint:

I have recently cancelled account only to find that I could not use remaining instant ink. I think this is extremely unfair considering I did not have replacement ink for up to three years sometimes not printing anything over several months but still maintaining payment.

Suggested solution:

Let people use the ink they have at the end of a contract at the very least.
