My complaint:
I am going to throw away my HP printers and replace with Epson. Way too difficult to run the HP Envy 7855. You sent a small cartridge replacement for black, it took me multiple times to get it to align. And when the warning comes on to change ink, it doesn’s say if it is color or black.
Suggested solution:
Discontinue your HP Envy line up. They are horrible.
