My complaint:
Good day,
I don’t understand why HP ink is still emailing and harassing me when I cancelled my membership. Can you please update my account. This is unacceptable.
I have wasted so much time going back and forth with HP ink on email and calling customer service.
I was charged on 27th and 28th Januaryafter sending my cancellationrequest as they said this was the final payment and I was told my accountwas now cancelled now I am receiving harassing emails that my account is suspended.
This account needs to be closed by HP ink as agreed.
I am no longer using their services.
