My complaint:
Purchased the above £14 Computer showed cartridge was empty. Had to go back and buy a second one. That was ok. So I have paid £14 for an empty cartridge. I have receipts from Tesco which show the short period of time between first and second purchase. Tried HP website. Virtual assistant useless
Suggested solution:
I believe there is a warranty. I feel I should receive a replacement. I have no address to send it to and cant find any help on HP website
