My complaint:
I paid $36 a year for services including ink and printing privileges. I paid for extra sheets printed if I went over maximum. They sent ink but when I installed it, I got an error notice that it wasn’t their ink. It clearly had instant ink printed on each cartridge. I cancelled my contract with them but when i installed my own cartridges in the printer it wouldn’t work. I ended up ordering a new Conon printer from Amazon.
Suggested solution:
Stop scamming buyers
