My complaint:

I WAS KEPT ON THE PHONE SATURDAY JUNE 11, 2022 FOR 3 HOURS AND 5 MINUTES. I HAD TO SIT AND LISTEN TO 3 DIFFERENT PEOPLE. I EXPRESSED HOW IMPORTANT THIS WAS TO ME BECAUSE MY ORIGINAL PRINTER WOULD NOT ALLOW CARDSTOCK TO GO THROUGH THE PRINTER. I HAD A EXPENSIVE PRINT JOB THAT WAS DUE IN A FEW HOURS. I WAS FORCED TO PURCHASE A NEW HP PRINTER, BUT BECAUSE I DIDN’T UNDERSTAND HOW TO WORK THE NEW PRINTER, I WAS IN SERIOUS TROUBLE, OVER $1000.00 WORTH OF TROUBLE IF I DIDN’T COMPLETE THE PENDING PRINT JOB. THE FIRST TWO PEOPLE THAT TRIED TO HELP ME WERE EXTREMELY NICE, BUT YOUR LAST FEMALE STAFF STOPPED TALKING TO ME AND THEN DELIBERATELY HUNG UP ON ME. NOW, THE PRINTER THAT I NEEDED YOU TO ADD TO MY ACCOUNT IS SCREWED UP. I NEED YOU TO UNSCREW IT! I MEAN EVERYTHING THAT I PRINT, COMES OUT LOOKING LIKE A HOT MESS. THIS IS UNFORGIVABLE. ALL THE YEARS THAT I HAVE HAD MY INSTANT INK ACCOUNT, FOR THIS TO HAPPEN IS SHOCKING, ESPECIALLY SINCE I HAVE ALWAYS PRAISE YOUR PROGRAM AND YOUR SERVICE. PLEASE, PUT MY PRINTER BACK TO THE WAY IT WAS WHEN I CALLED YOU.
