My complaint:
I havbe been paying for HP instant ink nearly a year now. In that time I have changed priinters and registered a new printer with the instant ink program. However, it seems to keep registering the old printer which means that any printing that is done is then charged on top of my other payment. Try and contact HP instant ink…I would rather attempt to platt FOG…they have a system that puts one into an endless loop
Suggested solution:
Improve customer services radically. Make it easier to contact them in a more direct way
Sort out their software
