My complaint:
My colour ink cartridge will only print yellow and blue..
After following every suggested route it did not solve the problem,
I tried a new colour cartridge and it all worked fine.
Suggested solution:
As I pay monthly for my ink cartridges I feel they should replace the faulty cartridge with a new one
