My complaint:
HP stopped OfficeJet 3830 stopped working and I discovered Chromebook. was no longer supported.
Previously, the Chromebook printer interfaced without any problem.
Since my printer stopped functioning there was no need for Instant Ink.

Suggested solution:
Refund the deduction for Instantink since HP stopped Chromebook support the printer could not be used.
I purchased the Chromebook printer at the time because I was told the HP 3830 would work with the Chromebook.
HP breached the implied contract by causing the Chromebook printer interface to stop. HP not to entitled to keep the May 8, 2021 deduction of
$3.22
