My complaint:
For years I have paid $7 a month for instant ink. I have received only 2 cartridge shipments. I canceled after the last shipment. Now HP says they will disable the use of cartridges I PAID FOR. THAT IS KNOWN AS STEALING. HP should be ashamed of those buisness practices. No more HP products for me…give me Canon anyday
Suggested solution:
They should not be allowed to disable cartridges they have sent out since these cartridges have already been paid for...look at the customer history!
