My complaint:
Late at night i was changing a booked room to 2 adults-they put me through to an agent in the US without me knowing and after a 27 minute hold -I later found by phone bill had gone up by over £79
Suggested solution:
After numerous calls, messaging service etc -they said they do not reimburse with respect to phone calls.
