My complaint:
Dear Sir,
During five days, I can not access to my hotbit account, I know everything of my account, the problem is that, I use two-factor verification, in this days I do not receive the verification code to my email, and I ask them to send it through my phone number, but they are killing my time and asking me to submit to many documents and wait for 15 working days,
I need that the hotbit platform have to submit my verification code through phone number ASAP.
My account is already verified.

Suggested solution:
just send my verification code through my phone number
