My complaint:
I sent KNC crypto to HB from Coinbase to old address by accident. Directions were not clear on transfer. HB charged me $500 worth of ETH to retrieve it. 6 months later they sent the crypto back to Coinbase with out verifying wallet address to Coinbase old wallet address. Now $4k worth of crypto gone! Poof gone never to come back. HB was totally irresponsible and lost my crypto.
Suggested solution:
Refund me my 2400 KNC plus $4k USD for taking 6 months to retrieve my crypto. I lost a lot of money because they too their sweet time retrieving my crypto. Then sending the 2400 KNC to the wrong wallet is inexcusable.
