My complaint:
I got in contact with Hotbit regarding 2 coins SkyMoon and Durian. I made contact when these coins where actively listed on their platform. I had invest somewhat £15,000 in these 2 coins. I told them I had put a trade to sell my investment in these coins at the lowest possible trading price but even after 12 months they were not selling. I knew both these coins where one of many that would eventually exit scam, and I shared my concerns with Hotbit support and requested a urgent way to sell my trades. They responded saying they was no news regarding these coins being a scam and that I had no option other than wait until my trades were sold. Within a month the coins were both delisted from Hotbit. I appreciate every investment is a risk but I truly believe that Hotbit knew during the time I made contact with them that these coins were going to be delisted yet misled me and ignored my worries and concerns and I’ve pretty much lost out on all my savings.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me with the amount I invested in these 2 coins.
